Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
If these times do not suit you, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additional charges may apply for arrivals and departures outside these time slots.
Last minute reservations are accepted until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Please call us to announce your arrival if you ever make a reservation for the same day.
Our rate includes a full, healthy and filling breakfast that will give you enough energy for all your morning activities. Please note that this is a
vegetarian
meal.
Please let us know if you have any allergies, dietary restrictions or are on a diet. We can accommodate almost any restrictions,
if
notified in advance.
The objective is to provide you with a hearty and healthy meal while avoiding food waste.
On weekdays breakfast
is served at 8:30 am and on weekends at 9:00 am
. Since we serve freshly prepared breakfasts, to ensure the quality and temperature of your meal, we ask that you respect these times. Also, if you decide not to have your breakfast, please let us know to avoid wasting food.
Please note that we do not have a kitchen accessible to our guests. We support local restaurants, wineries and microbreweries and strongly recommend that everyone take advantage of the wonderful services available in our area. We will be happy to offer you some suggestions. If you wish to have your meal in the dining room, please consult us in advance (during breakfast).
At Manoir Alegria we love animals!
You can meet Morty, our miniature pig, and Manuel our goldendoodle who are absolutely adorable!
We would love to be able to accommodate your pet, but our home may not be suitable for their needs.
We accept pets only after consultation. Please email us at info@manoiralegria.com specifying the breed, weight and age of your pet. We will answer you as soon as possible by asking additional questions or confirming your reservation.
Pets cannot be left unsupervised in the room.
A fee of $25 per pet, per day, will be added to the room rate.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, both inside and outside the house.
Pet owners are asked to clean up after their pets. Plastic bags are available in the solarium.
A welcome kit will be waiting for your pet in the room. It includes: a blanket, 2 bowls and some treats.
A hose is available to wash your dog's paws after a day full of adventures. Please contact us if you need it.
The guest is responsible to any damage caused in the room
Please note that we only accept children over 10 years old.
Our rooms only accommodate two people and we do not have extra beds.
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
You may cancel your stay free of charge until 4:00 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival date.
100% of the stay will be debited from your card in the event of cancellation made less than seven days prior to the arrival date.
Please note that these policies are strictly enforced and we do not offer credit stays.
It is possible to transfer your reservation to a friend or member of your family. In these cases, please contact us. It will be necessary to have the credit card number of the person who will use your reservation.
We appreciate your understanding. As a small touristic establishment in great demand and offering personalized services, we cannot afford to lose the opportunity to reserve our rooms.
We offer you a smoke-free environment (including vaping), both inside the house and in the backyard. There are designated smoking areas in front of the house.
In order to keep the house clean, we will ask you to take off your shoes at the entrance. We have a few slippers to lend, but feel free to bring your indoor shoes for your comfort.
At 10:00 p.m. all guests must remain silent in respect to others.
Swimming pool
Our pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Towels for swimming will be provided.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to October. This may change depending on weather conditions.
Fireplaces
Upon request in advance, we are pleased to prepare our indoor or outdoor fire pits for the use of our guests.
We will start the fire and explain how to maintain it.
Guests are responsible for the safe use of the fireplaces and for any damage caused to their proper functioning or to our facilities.
